Shipping & Returns

After your payment is cleared, we'll send the key and the download link or upgrade guide to your login E-mail within 12-24 hours because we need payment security check. Please don't worry and kindly wait, your understanding will be highly appreciate.

Return policy:

1.If the key cannot work and after the identification of our technology staff we will offer you the refund or change another one to you. Attention please: If the key is unavailable you should offer us the screenshot of the error page or else we cannot give you the refund because we really do not know whether you you're tricking on us or not.

2.If you have used the key on multiple computers we will not give you the refund.

3. If the product you have purchased is not in stock we will give you the full refund.

4. If you let out the key to others we will not give you the refund.

5. If the download link is not available we will offer you another one and we will not give you refund due to the download link error because the key can work well.

6. If you want to cancel your order, please write to us as soon as possible. If we find that your order has not been dealt, we'll give you a refund.
